Contractor Default. OWNER’S RIGHT TO SUSPEND WORK AND ANNUL CONTRACT The Work or any portion of the Work under contract shall be suspended immediately on written order of the OWNER declaring the CONTRACTOR to be in default. A copy of such notice shall be served on the CONTRACTOR’S surety.
