In order to terminate a service or equipment due to Xerox’s performance failure, Xerox requires written notification of the specific performance failure and 30-calendar days to correct the performance shortfall. Please note the Xerox equipment offer is based on a firm equipment installation commitment that cannot be terminated without penalty except for fiscal-year funds non-appropriation or an uncured Xerox default.
