Common use of Contracting With Clause in Contracts

Contracting With. (a) Nothing in this agreement prohibits the Employer from contracting with any other party. It is agreed that all such work will be bargaining unit work and the parties agree to meet to discuss modifications to this agreement that will be of mutual benefit to the Union and the Employer.
