Contracting, Purchasing and Procurement. OP may establish school-level systems for obtaining, contracting with, and paying its vendors for goods it acquires and services it provides under this Agreement. OP will ensure compliance with applicable state and federal contracting and payment. OP reserves the right to contract for any services it deems beneficial in operation of the School.
