CONTRACTING CORP Clause Samples

The "CONTRACTING CORP" clause identifies the specific corporation that is entering into the contract as a party. This clause typically provides the full legal name of the corporation, its jurisdiction of incorporation, and sometimes its principal place of business or registration number. By clearly designating the contracting entity, the clause ensures that there is no ambiguity about which corporate body is bound by the contract's terms, thereby preventing disputes over liability or enforcement.
