Contract Violations. Violations of any of the provisions in this Contract, the Code of Student Conduct or other official University policies will be considered a violation of this Contract and may be referred to appropriate University personnel for disciplinary action. Students in violation of local, state or federal law may face criminal investigation and prosecution by local law enforcement as well as University disciplinary sanctions.
