Common use of Contract Transfer Clause in Contracts

Contract Transfer. The Parties are expressly forbidden to transfer the Contract to third parties, unless written consent has been obtained from the opposite party. If the Party transfers the Contract without said written consent, it will remain bound first and foremost vis-à-vis the opposite party.
