Common use of Contract solely with PwC Clause in Contracts

Contract solely with PwC. 9.1. You agree that in relation to the services and the Contract the client relationship is solely with PwC. Accordingly, you agree not to bring a claim of any nature against any partner, employee, contractor or subcontractor of PwC or against any other member firm of the global network of PricewaterhouseCoopers firms. 9.2. Clause 9.1 is for the benefit of PwC’s partners, employees, contractors, sub- contractors, and other PricewaterhouseCoopers firms and their employees, contractors and subcontractors who may enforce this clause under the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, Part 2, Subpart 1.
