CONTRACT PROHIBITIONS Clause Samples

A contract-prohibitions clause sets out specific actions or behaviors that are expressly forbidden under the agreement. This may include restrictions on disclosing confidential information, engaging in competing business activities, or using certain resources for unauthorized purposes. By clearly outlining what is not permitted, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and protects the interests of the parties by reducing the risk of breaches and potential disputes.
