Common use of Contract Performance Guarantee (CPG) Clause in Contracts

Contract Performance Guarantee (CPG). 3.4.1 The Contract Performance Guarantee (CPG) furnished under this Agreement shall be for guaranteeing the commencement and continuity of the supply of power up to the Contracted Capacity within the time specified in this Agreement. The Procurer shall have the right to forfeit the CPG in case the Seller does not fulfil his contractual obligations;
