Common use of CONTRACT OBJECTIVE Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT OBJECTIVE. The objective of the present CONTRACT is to deliver CIF Port of Luanda, republic of Angola, material designated as clinic and hospital building materials and medical equipment and supplies in containers of approx. 20’ and 40’, as well as all other items needed for application of building and operating a medical clinic and hospital at the premises of the CUSTOMER in Luanda Sul province, Republic of Angola.

CONTRACT OBJECTIVE. The objective of the present CONTRACT is to deliver CIF Port of Luanda, republic of Angola, material designated as clinic and hospital building materials and medical vehicles, equipment and supplies in containers of approx. 20’ and or 40’, ’ as well as all other items needed for application of building lease vehicles and operating a medical clinic and hospital maintenance at the premises of the CUSTOMER in Luanda Sul province, Republic of Angola.;
