CONTRACT NOTES AND STATEMENTS. 17.1 CAL shall in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements send to the Client contract notes relating to any Transactions in Securities and statement of account relating to the Account. 17.2 Contract notes or other confirmation in writing of the execution of the Client’s Instructions and statements of Account shall be conclusive of the matters stated therein (save in the case of manifest error) and shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Client if not objected to in writing by the Client within seven (7) Business Days after dispatch thereof to the Client. The Client agrees that CAL is not liable for any damages or market fluctuations resulting from any delay or failure in reporting an error to CAL which the Client is aware of.
CONTRACT NOTES AND STATEMENTS. 15.1 A confirmation will be shown on the Trading Platform immediately after a Trade has been executed. Your statements will be available on the Trading Platform and the Client Portal. We will not post statements to you. You confirm that you have regular access to the internet to facilitate the above. 15.2 It is your responsibility to check your trading statements regularly for accuracy. Please tell us immediately if you think anything is wrong or missing. 15.3 You can also contact us via Client Services or the Dealing Desk to ask for further information in relation to your Account or the status of any Open Positions or Orders.
CONTRACT NOTES AND STATEMENTS. 12.1 Unless we have agreed otherwise we will send you a contract note in respect of each Trade that we execute on your behalf. The absence of a contract note will not affect the validity of any Trade. 12.2 Contract notes will be sent to you as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than the next Business Day after a Trade is executed. Other than on your specific request, contract notes and statements will be sent to 12.3 It is your responsibility to review all contract notes and statements received to ensure that they are accurate. If you believe that a contract note or statement received by you is incorrect, because it refers to a Trade which you have not placed or for any other reason, you must tell us immediately. Contract notes and statements will be, in the absence of a Manifest Error, conclusive and binding unless we receive an objection from you in writing within 48 hours of receipt or we notify you of an error in the contract note or statement in the same period. If you do not receive a contract note for any Trade you have executed, please 12.4 Periodic statements, including statements of your Balance, Open Positions and any charges made to your Account will ordinarily be sent to you no less than monthly. We will send you a statement of your Balance no less than annually.
CONTRACT NOTES AND STATEMENTS. 13.1 We will promptly provide you with confirmation of all transactions carried out on your behalf in accordance with the FSA Rules unless confirmation is provided to you by a third party, for example by a broker through whom we deal. You agree that we may send confirmations, contract notes and other statements electronically and, subject to legal, regulatory and market requirements we may send you a single confirmation or contract note in respect of a series of transactions unless agreed otherwise. In the absence of manifest error, all confirmations, contract notes and other statements which we send to you will be conclusive and binding on you unless you notify us in writing within 5 days of the date of the confirmation or statement that you disagree with its contents.
