Contract Management Team a group of EOHHS and CMS representatives responsible for the management functions outlined in Subsection 3.1 of the Contract. Contractor - any entity approved by EOHHS to be a Senior Care Organization and that enters into a Contract to meet the purposes specified in this Contract.
