Contract Management and Dispute Resolution. 5.1 Each Party will appoint one contract manager and, for periods when any contract manager is sick or on holidays, a deputy for him or her (the Contract Manager), who will be the initial point of contact for the other Party for the overall management of this Agreement. The initial Contract Managers are named in Appendix A for the Dealer and the Fund Manager. A Party shall direct all notices and communications, other than the routine transmission of Documentation under this Agreement to the other Party’s Contract Manager unless otherwise stated.

  • Complaints and Dispute Resolution 16.1 Where a dispute arises in connection with any aspect of this Agreement, the parties acting with good faith, will use all reasonable endeavours to bring any such issue to the attention of the other party in a timely fashion and in any event within 60 days of any such dispute coming to their attention.

  • CENTRAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS The following process pertains exclusively to disputes and grievances on central matters that have been referred to the central process. In accordance with the School Board Collective Bargaining Act, 2014 central matters may also be grieved locally, in which case local grievance processes will apply. In the event that central language is being grieved locally, the local parties shall provide the grievance to their respective central agents.
