Contract Interpretation Principles. (1) Any matters not covered in this Agreement shall be interpreted according to copyright laws and relevant regulations. (2) This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). (3) If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other parts.
