Contract Exclusivity. This is not an exclusive CONTRACT. ICEMA reserves the right to enter into a CONTRACT with other hospitals for the same or similar services. ICEMA does not guarantee or represent that the HOSPITAL will be permitted to perform any minimum amount of work, or receive compensation other than on a per order basis, under the terms of this CONTRACT.
