CONTRACT COST. The fixed price shall be firm for the term of the contract, and shall be per animal impounded and set at $100 intake fee per animal. Litters of up to 5 kittens or puppies less than 8 weeks of age shall be counted as one animal for billing purposes. In the event that pet animals are transferred to the Contractor prior to completion of City’s impound period, boarding will be charged for completion of impound at $20 per day. The parties reserve the right to negotiate mutually agreed rates for other future specified services which shall be considered as a change order to the contract.
