Common use of CONTRACT AS OFFER Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT AS OFFER. The execution of this Contract by the first party to do so constitutes an offer to purchase or sell the Property. Unless the other party signs this Contract within three (3) days from the date of execution of this Contract by the party first to sign, the offer shall be deemed withdrawn and this Contract shall be of no force or effect.
