Continuously Effective Clause Samples
The "Continuously Effective" clause ensures that certain obligations, representations, or warranties remain valid and enforceable throughout the entire duration of an agreement. In practice, this means that parties must maintain compliance with specified requirements at all times, not just at the outset or at specific checkpoints. For example, a party may be required to continuously hold a necessary license or maintain insurance coverage for the life of the contract. This clause is essential for preventing lapses in critical obligations, thereby reducing risk and ensuring ongoing protection for all parties involved.
