Continuous Protection Sample Clauses
The Continuous Protection clause requires that certain protections, such as insurance coverage or security measures, remain in effect without interruption throughout the duration of an agreement or project. In practice, this means that a party must maintain specified safeguards—like liability insurance or data security protocols—at all times, ensuring there are no lapses that could expose either party to risk. The core function of this clause is to guarantee ongoing risk mitigation and uninterrupted coverage, thereby protecting the interests of all parties involved by preventing periods of vulnerability.
