Continuous Processing Sample Clauses
The Continuous Processing clause establishes that certain operations or services will be performed on an ongoing, uninterrupted basis. In practice, this means that the provider is obligated to maintain consistent activity, such as data handling, manufacturing, or service delivery, without unnecessary pauses or delays. This clause ensures that critical processes are not disrupted, thereby supporting operational efficiency and minimizing downtime for the parties involved.
Continuous Processing. Vendor will process Remittances seven (7) days a week, excluding Vendor holidays, when processing will not occur. Vendor will provide Prudential written notice of such Vendor holidays in December preceding the beginning of a new calendar year. Vendor will process Prudential work in accordance with the defined service levels set forth in Attachment E-2. Vendor will make funds available for deposits at Prudential's bank(s) of choice and transmit such Remittances pursuant to the terms of Section 2.10 herein.
Continuous Processing. First Express shall process Remittances pursuant to the terms of Schedule A seven (7) days each week with multiple shifts, excluding First Express holidays when processing does not occur. Such holidays must be published in December preceding the beginning of the new business year by way of a written notice to Prudential. First Express shall make funds available for deposit at Prudential's bank and transmit payment pursuant to the terms of Schedule A.
