Common use of Continuous Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Continuous Occupancy. During the term of this Agreement beginning on the date of Completion of Construction of the Improvements and continuing until the expiration of the term, unless sooner terminated, Owner shall continuously own and occupy the Premises.
