Common use of Continuous Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Continuous Occupancy. The Tenant shall carry on business at the Demised Premises on a regular basis and not leave the Demised Premises unoccupied for a period of Fifteen (15) days or longer without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

Continuous Occupancy. The Tenant shall carry on business at the Demised Leased Premises on a regular and continuous basis throughout the Term hereof, and not leave the Demised Leased Premises unoccupied for a period of Fifteen fifteen (15) days or longer without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
