Common use of Continuous Months Clause in Contracts

Continuous Months. A “Casual Employee With Less than Six (6) Months Continuous Service” is one who is hired on a temporary basis to respond to a temporary increase in workload; or to replace an absent employee; and who has not been so employed for a continuous period of more than six (6) months and when employed shall be entitled to the rights and benefits set out in this Article.
