Common use of Continuous Coverage Clause in Contracts

Continuous Coverage. Should any of the insurance required of Alder GSE or Partner under this Agreement be provided under a claims-made form, Alder GSE and Partner shall maintain such coverage continuously throughout the term of this Agreement and, without lapse, for a period of three (3) years beyond the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, such that, should occurrences during the term of this Agreement give rise to claims made after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, such claims shall be covered by such claims-made policy (or an equivalent policy affording prior acts coverage).
