Continuous construction Sample Clauses

In practice, this means the contractor must maintain a steady pace of work, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment to avoid stoppages except for reasons permitted by the contract, such as adverse weather or force majeure events. This clause ensures that the project timeline is adhered to, minimizing the risk of extended completion dates and associated costs, and helps prevent disputes over project delays.
