CONTINUITY OF BUSINESS AND COMPLIANCE WITH AGREEMENT. Borrower shall continue in business in a prudent, reasonable and lawful manner with all necessary licenses, permits, and qualifications necessary to perform this Agreement. Borrower shall regularly and properly train its employees to comply with all applicable laws governing the administration and purchase of Contracts. Borrower shall take the steps necessary for the representations and warranties in Article X to be true at all times. In the event that Borrower learns that a representation and warranty in Article X is no longer true, it shall notify Lender within three (3) Business Days after learning thereof.
