Common use of Continuing Clause in Contracts

Continuing. The Borrowers and Stena AB each represent and warrant (subject to the reservations or qualifications as to matters of law as set forth in the Legal Opinions delivered to the Agent) to the Agent, the Security Agent, the Issuing Banks, the Standby Lender, the Co-Arrangers and the Banks that as at the Execution Date (and each other date referred to in Clause 13.3):- (A) STATUS each of the Security Parties is a limited liability company, duly constituted and validly existing under the laws of its place of incorporation, possessing perpetual corporate existence, the capacity to ▇▇▇ and be sued in its own name and the power to own its assets and carry on its business as it is now being conducted;
