Common use of Continuing Use Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Continuing Use Restrictions. Notwithstanding anything in this Mortgage to the contrary, Mortgagor shall not have the right to use the Premises, or any part thereof, for any use or purpose which is not permitted by, or which results in violation of any agreement, covenant or restriction to which the Premises is subject as of the date of this Mortgage. Subject to the terms of any applicable Lease, the Premises shall not be used for any use inconsistent with the customary character of a destination ski resort.
