Continuing the Work. The Provider shall carry on the Work and adhere to the progress schedule during all disputes, disagreements or alternative resolution processes with the Owner. The Provider shall not delay or postpone any Work because of the pending resolution of any disputes, disagreements or processes, except as the Owner and the Provider may agree in writing.
