Common use of Continuing Terms Clause in Contracts

Continuing Terms. The Continuing Terms survive the expiration of the Term or earlier termination of this Agreement. “Continuing Terms” means the terms of this Agreement that by their nature survive the expiration of the Term or earlier termination of this Agreement, including the Paragraph titled “Payment Obligations of Sponsor,” the Paragraph titled “Liability and Indemnification,” and the Paragraph titled “Confidentiality”.
