Common use of Continuing Terms Clause in Contracts

Continuing Terms. The Company and the Executive agree that in the event of cessation of the Executive's employment, and regardless of the reason for such cessation, the Executive shall continue to owe the Company fiduciary obligations and the provisions of Sections 6, 7, 8 and 10 through 19 of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect in accordance with their terms.
