Continuing Submission Sample Clauses
The Continuing Submission clause requires a party to provide ongoing information or documentation to the other party throughout the duration of an agreement. Continuing Submission. Once Furnisher has completed the Initial Load in accordance with the Submission Instructions, Furnisher shall be permitted to submit Data in any manner permitted in the Submission Instructions provided that such Data is submitted at least . Upon Furnisher’s submission of additional Data, Data submitted will be screened by Fides for compliance with the Minimum Reliability Standards. Any Data which does not satisfy the Minimum Reliability Standards will be placed in Furnisher’s Fides Data Queue for review, modification and/or correction and resubmission by Furnisher.
