Continuing Security Interest; Release and Discharge of Security Interest. This Agreement shall create a continuing security interest in the Collateral and shall (i) remain in full force and effect until the Obligations have matured and have been paid and satisfied in full, (ii) be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Issuer Parties, each of the Issuer Parties’ executors, administrators, successors and assigns, and (iii) inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Secured Parties and each of their successors, transferees and assigns.
