Continuing Samples. Upon Venture’s request from time to time and at any time during the Term, Sublicensee will furnish to Venture, without charge, a reasonable number of Samples of each Licensed Item with its usual packaging and labeling, to permit Venture to confirm that Venture’s standards are being observed. Additionally, Venture or its representatives shall also have the right to inspect the Licensed Items and take a reasonable number of Samples for purposes of quality inspection.
