Common use of Continuing Representations Clause in Contracts

Continuing Representations. The representations of the Governmental Agency contained herein shall be true at the time of the execution of this Loan Agreement and the Governmental Agency covenants not to take any action that would cause them not to be true at all times during the Loan Term.
