Continuing Project Sample Clauses
The Continuing Project clause defines the rights and obligations of parties regarding work or services that extend beyond the original contract term. Typically, this clause allows certain aspects of a project—such as ongoing maintenance, support, or phased deliverables—to continue under the same terms even after the main agreement has expired or been terminated. For example, if a software development contract ends but updates or support are still needed, this clause ensures those services continue seamlessly. Its core function is to provide continuity and prevent disruption in ongoing projects, ensuring that essential work is not halted due to the expiration or termination of the main contract.
Continuing Project. Any aspect of this Agreement not at issue in and not materially affected by the arbitration proceedings and all non-disputed terms of this Agreement shall continue during any arbitration proceedings.
