Continuing Operations Plan Clause Samples

Continuing Operations Plan. Within days of the effective date of this Agreement, the City shall prepare and submit to the Treasury Department the Continuing Operations Plan which shall conform to the requirements of Sec. 14a(3) of Act 4. The Continuing Operations Plan as approved by the State Treasury shall be made part of this Agreement as Annex A. The Mayor shall annually update the Continuing Operations Plan, which update shall be subject to prior approval by the Financial Advisory Board. The City thereafter shall approve of and amend the Budget from time to time as necessary to give full effect to the Continuing Operations Plan.
