Continuing Operation. The provisions of this Section 11 shall survive any termination of this Agreement and the Term of Employment, and the existence of any claim or cause of action by the Executive against the Company, whether predicated on this Agreement or otherwise, shall not constitute a defense to the enforcement by the Company of the covenants and agreements of this Section.
