Continuing Lien. Except as provided in Section 11.13, this Indenture shall create a continuing Lien on the Collateral that shall (i) remain in full force and effect until payment in full of the Securities and any other amounts owing under this Indenture pursuant to Section 7.7, (ii) be binding upon the Guarantor and its successors and assigns and (iii) inure to the benefit of the Trustee and its successors, transferees and assigns.
