Common use of Continuing Guaranty; Guaranty of Payment Clause in Contracts

Continuing Guaranty; Guaranty of Payment. This Guaranty is a continuing guaranty of the Obligations until terminated in accordance with Section 7.17 below, and Guarantor agrees that the obligations of Guarantor to Agent and/or Lenders hereunder shall be primary obligations, shall not be subject to any counterclaim, set-off, abatement, deferment or defense based upon any claim that Guarantor may have against Agent and/or any Lender, any Borrower or any other person or entity.
