Continuing Employment Part-time Clause Samples
The Continuing Employment Part-time clause defines the terms under which an employee may continue their employment on a part-time basis rather than full-time. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria, the process for requesting a change to part-time status, and how salary, benefits, and responsibilities will be adjusted accordingly. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for both the employer and employee, accommodating changing personal circumstances or business needs while maintaining a clear framework for part-time work arrangements.
