Common use of Continuing Duty Clause in Contracts

Continuing Duty. Each Party shall (i) regularly verify the continued accuracy of the Eligibility Status representation of (1); (ii) immediately terminate its relationship with any individual, agent or entity upon discovering such individual, agent or entity is Excluded; and (iii) notify the other Party immediately, in writing, of any change in circumstances related to its representations made in Section 1.01.

Continuing Duty. Each Party shall (i) regularly verify the continued accuracy of the Eligibility Status representation of (1)Section 9.1; (ii) immediately terminate its relationship with any individual, agent or entity upon discovering such individual, agent or entity is Excluded; and (iii) notify the other Party immediately, in writing, of any change in circumstances related to its representations made in this Section 1.019.

Continuing Duty. Each Party shall (i) regularly verify the continued accuracy of the Eligibility Status eligibility status representation of (1as described in Section 7.1); (ii) immediately terminate its relationship with any individual, agent or entity upon discovering such individual, agent or entity is Excluded; and (iii) notify the other Party Parties immediately, in writing, of any change in circumstances related to its representations made in this Section 1.017).

Continuing Duty. Each Party shall (i) regularly verify the continued accuracy of the Eligibility Status eligibility status representation of (1)Section 11.1.1; (ii) immediately terminate its relationship with any individual, agent or entity upon discovering such individual, agent or entity is Excluded; and (iii) notify the other Party immediately, in writing, of any change in circumstances related to its representations made in this Section 1.0111.

Each Party shall (i) regularly verify the continued accuracy of the Eligibility Status representation of (1a); (ii) immediately terminate its relationship with any individual, agent or entity upon discovering such individual, agent or entity is Excluded; and (iii) notify the other Party immediately, in writing, of any change in circumstances related to its representations made in this Section 1.01.

Each Party party shall (i) regularly verify the continued accuracy of the Eligibility Status representation of (1)Section 13.1; (ii) immediately terminate its relationship with any individual, agent or entity upon discovering such individual, agent or entity is Excluded; and (iii) notify the other Party party immediately, in writing, of any change in circumstances related to its representations made in Section 1.01this ARTICLE XIII .

Continuing Duty. Each Party shall (i) regularly verify the continued accuracy of the Eligibility Status eligibility status representation of (1as described in Section VI.A.1); (ii) immediately terminate its relationship with any individual, agent or entity upon discovering such individual, agent or entity is Excluded; and (iii) notify the other Party immediately, in writing, of any change in circumstances related to its representations made in this Section 1.01VI.A).
