Common use of Continuing Contract Application Clause in Contracts

Continuing Contract Application. A teacher who is eligible for continuing contract consideration must notify the Superintendent in writing (Appendix N) on or before October 15 of the school year in which the teacher becomes eligible in order to be considered for issuance of a continuing contract in April of that school year. A teacher who does not notify the Superintendent on or before October 15 will not be eligible for continuing contract consideration until April of the following year.
