Continuing Contact Performance. Pending final resolution of a Claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Contractor shall proceed diligently with performance of the Contract and the University shall continue to make payments in accordance with the Contract Documents subject to the University's rights relative to payments, withholding of payments, termination, or all other rights afforded it in the Contract Documents.
