CONTINUING CONSULTATION. The Trustees and the Educational Services Unit, recognizing the importance of frequent communications in maintaining good relationships, agree that UMass Dartmouth administration and ESU officers shall schedule regular meetings with the Vice Chancellor of Administrative and Fiscal Services or designee. These meetings shall not be for the purpose of negotiating with respect to wages and hours or conditions of employment or for discussing specific grievances, but shall be for the purpose of discussing and resolving mutual problems affecting the overall relationships between the parties to this agreement.
