Common use of CONTINUING CONSULTATION Clause in Contracts

CONTINUING CONSULTATION. A. The Union and the Employer shall upon request of either party establish meetings during the first week of April, July, October and January for the purpose of reviewing the administration of this Agreement and to discuss problems which may arise. These meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure or to be considered contract negotiating meetings but are intended as means of fostering good employer/employee relations. B. The requests of either party for such a meeting shall include an agenda. There shall be a mutual exchange of agenda for all meetings seven (7) days prior to the meeting date. Sufficient meeting time(s) shall be established to complete the agenda from both management and labor. Facilities Management shall be invited to attend meeting(s) if appropriate. C. Additional meetings, as described above, shall be held at the request of either party at a mutually agreeable time.
