Continuing Assurances. The Cooperating Entity specifically recognizes that Land for Maine’s Future Fund project assistance creates an obligation to hold and enforce the conservation easement described in the Project Agreement consistent with Title 5, M.R.S., Section 6200 et seq., as amended, and augmented by P.L. 2021, c. 398, Part FFFF, and the following requirements:
