Continuing Appointment Application Procedure. Applications for continuing appointment shall be made to the ▇▇▇▇/Administrator and the Member’s Chair/Director by no later than June 30th of the final year of a probationary appointment. The applicant shall provide the TPCAC with whatever information he/she or the TPCAC deems necessary to justify his/her being granted a continuing appointment. All applications shall require:
(1) a completed Application for Continuing Appointment as set out in the Appendices to this Agreement;
(2) a curriculum vitae in a format appropriate to the applicant’s discipline; and
(3) all Annual Activity and Evaluation Report(s).
