Continuing Application. The terms of this Agreement will continue to apply throughout the Executive’s employment, regardless of: a) the Executive’s length of service; or b) any changes that may occur to the Executive’s position, duties and responsibilities, compensation or benefits, or other terms of employment; or c) any changes to the Company as a result of a reorganization, plan of arrangement, reverse take-over, merger or acquisition.
